Non-Returnable Item (Food Safety)

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of ingestible food products, including our 1lb Dried Hibiscus Flowers. Once shipped, food items cannot be restocked or resold, even if unopened.

However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, contaminated, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide a refund or replacement.

We may request a photo of the item and its packaging to help us assess the issue.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the product is:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • leaking

  • improperly sealed

  • or if you received the wrong item

contact us right away so we can make it right.
We will evaluate the issue and provide a refund or replacement at no cost to you.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Food products (including dried hibiscus and any ingestible goods)

  • Opened or partially used items

  • Items with compromised packaging

We also cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

 

Exchanges

Because food items cannot be returned, we do not offer exchanges.
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it or refund you according to our policy above.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If an order is shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel within 14 days except for sealed food items, which are exempt from the cooling-off period for health and hygiene reasons.

 

Refunds

Once your issue is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank.
